Submit your abstract for poster presentation by July 20, 2025. Notification of acceptance will be sent to the presenter via email by the end of July.

A travel grant of 300 USD will be provided to the primary presenter (one person) of the accepted abstract upon physical (in person) attendance at the IGET 2025 Live symposium.

Posters will be displayed in the form of traditional paper poster on a hard board in a dedicated space within the conference venue (electronic posters will not be accepted). Further instructions regarding the size of the posters will be provided upon notification of acceptance. The presenter is responsible for printing, installation, and removal of their poster(s).

The purpose of travel grants is to offset the cost of travel for those who will not be receiving any other form of financial funding from the IGET Organizing Committee. Therefore, domestic faculty, overseas faculty with official invitation, and foreign participants residing or training in Korea during the duration of the IGET 2025 Symposium are not eligible for the travel grant. For the same reason, the travel grant will be provided to the abstract presenter once only (i.e. presenter of both poster and case contest will receive the travel grant for any one of the two presentations).
